1. Diploma Marklist and Certificate (Original + 2 Copies) (BSc Certificate, Marklist and Plus Two Certificate for BSc candidates.)
2. Allotment memo   (1 copy)
3. Fee Receipt Original plus  (1 Copy)
4. Two copies of SSLCBook first page/ 10th Certificate from CBSE/ ICSE+ Original to prove Date of Birth
5. Community Certificate for SC/ ST,OBC, OEC, SEBC
6. Income Certificate (If claimed for reservation in admission)
7. TC and Conduct Certificate Original
8. Nativity Certificate
9. Physical Fitness certificate
10. Fee to be Paid Rs. 46432/-
